BERR consults on ‘root and branch’ review of consumer law

BERR consults on ‘root and branch’ review of consumer law: “The Government is planning fundamental changes to UK consumer law, to benefit consumers, reduce burdens for business and help enforcers. A consultation on new proposals was launched earlier this month.”

The deadline for responses to the consultation is 31st July 2008.
